The PET classes are a series of eight sessions / 2.5 – 3 hours each. These classes are run once a week over 8 weeks, either live or over zoom. They’re intense, and involve self reflection, role plays, hands on ‘real life’ experience coaching in real time, as well as workbooks and homework for the parent.

I am a mother of three adult children. My third child, who is now 25 years old, was the most challenging . I threw myself into a parent Parent Effectiveness Training (PET), which ended up being life-changing. Through the 8-session PET course, I learned to communicate with my son in a way that showed respect and understanding. This shift in approach led to my son responding to me with more respect and understanding. I wish I had taken the PET course before even having my first child! 

I have been teaching this course for over a decade and it’s so fulfilling for me to see the connection grow between parent and child as we go from sessions one to eight.
